What this site is
thesyreneffect.com (also reachable at syreneffect.com and www.syreneffect.com) is the official site for SyrenEffect, a Twitch streamer and content creator based in Toronto, Canada. It publishes streams, clips, images, a media kit and links. Everything here is offered as-is, for personal, non-commercial viewing.
Ownership
The video, clips, artwork, photographs, logos, emotes, names and written copy on this site belong to SyrenEffect or to the people who licensed them to her. Viewing them here does not give you a licence to copy, download, re-upload, edit, sell or redistribute them. If you want to use anything from this site, ask first.
Sponsorship and contact
The media kit is for information. An email to management@syreneffect.com is an inquiry, not an agreement. Nothing is confirmed until SyrenEffect or her management confirms the scope, fee and terms of that engagement in writing.
Embedded and linked services
Pages on this site embed or link to Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, Discord and Threads. Once you interact with one of those, that platform's own terms and privacy policy apply. This site does not control them and is not responsible for what they show or how they behave.
No warranty
The site is provided without any promise that it is error-free, always available, or that every figure on it is current. Follower counts, schedules and similar numbers are stated as of the date they were entered and can go stale.
Liability
To the extent Ontario law allows, SyrenEffect and the people who operate this site are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or of any service it links to.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
If these terms change, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.
